Hi Laurance, it will be a video with sound of course :) Oh when I was driving up and down the street and then around the block to shoot the video two cops showed up. I had to sneak thru my other driveway and park the car inside the shop :D I took a video clip of the cops pulling out of my driveway  I guess I was lucky this time around.
The video is rather lenghty 1.6 gig is it possible to post a file that large ?

    Ohh great!!
:D you sure the cops didn't show up on other matters ;) :D, hehe.

Umm.. I would check with John for the file size as it sounds like a pretty big file. Is there any way to reduce the size of the file eg resolution/quality on you're video camera without compromising the video quality too much??
Have you managed to put a dB reader on the system? Any local laws that could ping you for excessive noise from an exhaust?

From memory the video files I posted from Rollands SE last year were 30Mb each.

Thomas, 1.6 Gig? how many hours did you shoot? No wonder the
cops showed up. The neighbours probably called and said "there is this
guy who keeps driving up and down the same street at high speed for
    the last hour. " :)

can you break the video down into 2-3 parts, and perhaps lower the
bitrate to 1 or 2 MBit/s ? That should lower the size to about
30 MB or 60 MB per 10 minutes of video.

you could use "frame maker" to do that (installed on most PCs).

No Luck my buddy's camera is an older DVD type or so. And he still didn't bring the software to convert the DVD to a file that I can upload.
I was going to make another video with my camera but it rained all day :(
But I have figured out why my camera wouldn't work ( operator error ) So if the weather is half way decent I 'll have the clip up tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.

    Rain = Less traction
Less traction = Wheel spinning + drifting = Wicked video :D:D:D

    Thomas,
Did you choose the straight tip muffler from LuckyM3?? I've gone with the DTM style tip (curved up).
Sounds nice !! :D:D, any longer vids you can post Thomas? I can't seem to get the Mov. file, John posted, to work with my media player.

Edit: Just played te second clip with the drive past the camera, car sounds awesome!!!
(Arrgh, want mine on the road now!! :p)

    John,
Just checked with my IT guy at work and can't open the Mov. file due to our Web Security. (PITA lol) He thinks it will open fine on my home computer :)

Thanks Laurence, sure will try to get a few more up in the next week or so. The vids posted today where made in between work so time was limited.
I experienced no problem with the video John posted for me, thanks John.

Since I had DTM tips before ( Super Sprint ) thought it was time for a change, that's why I opted for the straight tips. The bumper needed to be trimmed quite a bit to make the tips fit, turned out pretty good IMO.
