Hi, I have a 16" one that is taking up space in the garage. Pretty sure it does not have the centre though. I was going to put it on fleabay, but if someone wants to make me an offer and can pick it up from the Hants / Surrey bordre (or at a push from Brands on Saturday), then we can do a deal! Cheers Rob
Yes it has a tyre, but I can't vouch for it's condition as I have never given it a second look. I think it is a Pirelli, but again, don't bet your life on it. I'm at home in the garage on Friday, so PM me your phone number and I'll give you a call and discribe it to you then. Or if your in the Hants / Surrey area, you can come and look for yourself.
