    John,

    John,

Will the original O-rings between the TB's and the airbox still work?

    Regards,

    Adwo

We will need to have all the 46 mm TBs by end of october.
Delivery of the new TBs planned for mid January.
(ca. 8-10 weeks build time, allowing also for a few christmas/new years holidays).

Hi all, please clearly mark your throttle bodies with your name (tape a piece of paper to them or use a felt tipped marker on the housings) then pack them up nicely, e.g. use some hard styrofoam, and send via regular airmail to:

    MAXX-automotive
    Hauptstrasse 51
    55471 Tiefenbach
    Germany

we need only the housings with the internals. you can remove the throttle cable assembly.

Do we need to clean them? ;-)

No you dont have to clean them, but we arent going to polish them up on
the outside like you did Adwo, if you want a mirror polish you better get the wire brush out...

They dont have to be clean, but dirt and grime doesnt have to fall out of the box either... maybe run a bit of brake cleaner thru them to get the big stuff
    off...

John do you also require the Rubber Gaskets?

Ill be sending all this at the end of the week, also what is a good way to send a cylinder head? Am i going to have to build a crate round it?

    Andrew,

I don't know what John recommends, but I'd certainly buiild a strong crate. :)

I've had some truely shocking damage from postage (both domestic and internatinoal). I had a set of wheels arrive from canade, and one of the 4 packages was so battered, the cardboard box looked more like a cloth bag!!

Belt and Braces and all that. Sure the shipping may cost more, but well worth it IMO.

Demlot, we dont need the TB gaskets and please hold on the head until I give the green light. You can also email me your time schedule for this.

@all, once youve sent your packages off, please EMAIL me (not PM) so I
    know.

hi guys, we are accepting shipments now. please let me know that your TBs are shipped. ill probably ask for payments in the next week or so. Im in FL right now, but i have everything setup already and all the parts we required are ordered and will be here next week. We want to start all the machine work by end of october.

for those intersted in more pics, please have a look at my gallery many detailed pics. there is currently nobody that makes TBs to this level of precision.
