Good price, just wondering why it is that price.

 

There is track prepared.... and there is track prepared!!.

Perhaps it is an ordinary car that has just had some seats and a cage put in it.

thw shell if any good makes upto £2000 alone, engine £1000, box £250, cage £300, seats £400, suspension £600 min thats a bit of cash

 

you forgot complete 5 lug running gear with brakes. Very popular!
But 5K braking that car is the upper limit. There's not much left of value.
If the body was sound 5k wasn't too much, but I think it still wasn't a bargain.
