    Any feedback Thomas ? I think we all want to know where Andrew's parts are, regardless of whether he may have made an error of judgement by being overly trusting.

    Andrew : how long ago did you 'lend' these parts ? I take it that you have nothing in writing as regards the arrangement as you understood it to be ?

    I am sure he is on S14.net as well. Maybe one of the guys can get a hold of him over there ? He has the function turned of where you could email him thru the board. I hope there is nothing wrong with him like health wise or so.

    Still nothing guys,

    I have sent several Emails and nothing, i think i have no option but to take this further, those arms are very valuable to me and i cannot and will not just give them away!

    Do you have any sort of proof regarding terms of your agreement, shipping invoices, emails, value of the goods exchanged, etc? Do you have pictures of them installed on his vehicle (as was claimed)?

    There are a few US lawyers on this forum. They might be able to offer you some inofficial advice on a course of action.

    You might also look up his phone number or at his fathers business and try to call there. I encourage you to try.

    unfortunately there are too many dishonest people around...

    The only real way to resolve this is to pay Eric a visit.

    Slander may make him even more reluctant to give them back.

    I've since sold my M3, but must have subscribed to the thread when posting.

    Albeit late - a conscience significantly cleared.
