    The Streamlined Mercedes-Benz W125 Rekordwagen - Driven by Rudolf Caracciola on the German Bundesautobahn 5 highway, the W125 hit the world record speed of 268 miles per hour on 28th January 1938. This remains the record for top speed on a public road.

    TVR are back!

    The new TVR Griffith, uses Gordon Murray’s innovative iStream architecture. 1250kg. A Cosworth tuned version of Ford ’s 5.0-litre quad-cam V8 Mustang will give 500bhp. TVR’s target for a 400bhp/ton output has been met, and enables a sub 4sec 0-62mph time and top speed of over 200mph.
