Nürburgring 24 Hours 2015

    Nürburgring's biggest weekend is fast approaching.

    The 24hr race runs 4pm CET Saturday 16th May to 4pm Sunday 17th on the combined Nordschleife and Grand Prix track

    WTCC is on Eurosport 2 at 10:15 Saturday (if you can get that channel)


    Coverage of the N24 should start around 2:00 pm UK on Saturday. Race starts at 3:00pm UK

    You will notice that the WTCC is visiting the Nordschleife during the 24Hours weekend. This is the first time that an FIA World Championship race has been held on the Nordschleife since 1983

    Well, Audi won the N24 again (the third time in four years). BMW can console themselves with the closest ever finish, just 40 seconds behind after 24 hours.

    Thanks for the links. Spent my Sunday afternoon working on my PC with commentary on in the background and dipped in and out of the live video feed.

    Some good aerial shots from the helicopter. Not sure about the value of the commentary - I guess they were a bit tired by the Sunday afternoon.
